2. How to Submit Incomplete Form ?
You can save your incomplete Form in the Login. You can login to the system to see
your incomplete Form. Click on
“Complete Now” Link.
Steps to fill incomplete
form are as follows:
- Visit website
- Login to site
- Click on Submitted Applications menu(Visible after Login)
- Click on “Complete Now” link
- Your incomplete form would be displayed so that you can enter remaining fields in
the form.

3. I forgot my Password, How to Reset it ?
Following are the steps to retrieve the password:
- Visit website
- Click on “Forgot Password” link present beside the Login button at the right hand
side corner
- Enter the correct Mobile Number and the verification code/Captcha
- Click on Get Password button
- You will receive your password via SMS

4. How to Download Submitted Form Copy for Printout ?
- Visit website
- Login to site
- Click on Submitted Applications menu(Visible after Login)
- Click on “Print Your Form” which will open the submitted form report in the form
of .PDF file
- Once the report will get open on screen, Click on “Print” link present at the top
of report

6. How to find out whether my submitted application is submitted properly
or not?
Following are the steps by which you will come to know that in which state your
form is currently in:
- Visit website
- Login to site with valid username and password
- Click on Submitted Forms menu(Visible after Login)
- If the Application Status is “Submitted” and the Payment Status is “In Process”
,then you should wait till your form and the payment is approved by the ARC.
- You will receive the confirmation via SMS for the same

7. How to make payment of Online Application Fees?
You can make the payment using any one of the following options
-
A. Challan Payment : After Form Submission if you have opted for Challan Payment
then in the Form Printout copy, you would be able to find challan copy. Please take
this copy and Visit any of the SBI Bank Branch nearby and make payment of Rs 600/300
in the bank. Keep Student Copy of the Challan with you for the reference.

B. Online Payment: You can select Online Payment Option if you have valid internet
banking /Credit Card/ Debit Card.

DD: Please get the Demand Draft on the Name of "Financial Advisor, MCAER Pune"Payable at Pune.
You Should Send your DD along with Printed copy of Form, Attested Documents at ARC Center.

8. How can I get confirmation of my Application ?
- When you submit form or send courier of your printout along with required documents
to ARC center. ARC center would verify and approve your application along with the
documents.
